One-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage
Glydr warrants that your Glydr foot controller (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).
Remedies
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Glydr’s sole obligation and your sole remedy will be, at Glydr’s option, to (1) repair the Product at no charge, (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product. Any repaired or replaced Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts (such as rubber grips or finishes).
- Damage resulting from use with non-Glydr accessories or third-party products not approved by Glydr.
- Damage caused by use outside of the intended gaming or VR applications.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain service under this warranty, please contact Glydr customer support at support@glydr.gg with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. You may be required to ship the Product to Glydr for evaluation. Shipping and handling charges may apply, except where prohibited by law.
Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Glydr, and no other warranties (express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) apply.
- Glydr is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
- Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
